LEGAZPI CITY –The BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Incubation Center of Southern Luzon Technological College Foundation Inc. (SLTCFI) in Embarcadero de Legazpi was officially inaugurated during the soft opening of Embarcadero last July 17, 2009.
